Processing COC (Certificate of Completion)
- Send email with photos to [email protected] with photos of all windows installed.
- In BlindMatrix: Click on Customer. Change Job Status to (COC). Change Order Status to (Dispatched)
Processing Rework
- Send email with photos to [email protected] AND [email protected] if partial order is installed.
- In BlindMatrix: Click on Customer Button. Change Job Status to (Rework). Change Order Status to (Action Needed).
